Is this a software subscription or a service?

What counts as a qualified opportunity?
A creator who passes scoring and human review, fits the agreed audience and market, has a valid contact and expresses real interest in evaluating the collaboration or presents a concrete counteroffer. It is not a signed contract, a commitment to post or a guarantee of sales.
Are creator fees included?
No. The one-time service fee covers the work in your chosen plan. Creator fees, commissions, samples and shipping are separate. You approve the final terms and pay creators directly.
What if creators do not respond?
Responses depend on the creator, offer and timing, so we never promise a number of interested creators. After the original cycle and all follow-ups, Outreach receives 5 extra creator credits if there is no positive response; Acquisition receives 10 extra credits if there are fewer than 3 qualified opportunities. The guarantee is one additional batch, subject to timely onboarding and approvals, and does not create a refund.
Which brands are the best fit?
The initial offer is built for independent US ecommerce and TikTok Shop brands, typically around $100k–$750k in monthly GMV, with a demonstrable hero product, viable US samples and a decision-maker ready to approve creator terms. Each campaign covers one product, one audience and the US market.
How long does it take, and do I need a call?
No call is required. We activate within 2 business days after payment and complete onboarding. Outreach then remains active for 10 business days, so the initial cycle takes up to 12 business days from readiness. Client delays pause the timeline.
What is outside the service scope?
Creator fees, commissions, samples, shipping, contracts, content production or approval, campaign management, publishing, tracking and attribution are separate. The brand contracts and pays creators directly.
Will you sign or spend money on our behalf?
No. We discuss initial terms within your approved budget and collaboration guidelines. You make the final decision, approve agreements and pay creators directly.
